The mechanism of intraocular pressure rise after keratoplasty

Purpose: To determine the pathomechanism of increased intraocular pressure after penetrating and lamellar keratoplasty based on clinical observation literature data.
 Materials methods: Morphometric analysis anterior segment eye using spectroscopic optical coherence tomography, gonioscopy biomicroscopy.
 Results: Pre- postoperative tomography scans in patients reveal deformation peripheral cornea, narrowing iridocorneal angle, presence synechiae various types pupillary block.
 Conclusions: The mechanism elevated corneal grafting is complex depends pre-, intra- factors, such as anatomy changes synechiae, well posterior block. Spectroscopic plays an important role diagnosis further treatment management.
